I have a bit of a guilty conscience that, despite the many praises, I can mostly only say negative things, but this Plitvice trip was a disappointment for me. I'll start by saying that our accommodation was right on the beach, but we didn't enjoy its advantage, as we only ate and slept there, but its disadvantage was that it was three hours away from Plitvice and almost as much from Zagreb, all the more so. With an accommodation that is not on the beach, but closer to Plitvice and Zagreb, we could have spent our time more meaningfully with fewer trips. Charles City. We made a detour by bus in a completely ordinary small country town, the only sights we didn't see were the confluence of the three rivers (we managed to cross one twice) and the hexagonal Karlovac castle, but we were there. Tour guide. Kind, cute, prepared. In writing! He read practically all the information aloud, even with stuttering, his sentence editing and grammar were often highly objectionable, he simply could not attract or hold our attention. Instead of the promised walk, we could take part in a forced mountain tour with an occasional photo break. The distance between the tour guide and the first people in the group was sometimes 10-15 meters, sometimes he looked back, but did not slow down, by the time the end caught up with him, he kept going. If we wanted to take a photo on the way, we will definitely miss it. Since the average age was around 50, I can safely say that the exhaustion was not always compensated by the beauty of the sight. Material: The entrance fee to Plitvice is 35 Euros, what we paid, the other thirty-five and where was the group guide? There was a young man from the travel agency, Pály(?) Zoltán, a living encyclopedia, intelligent, polite, courteous, caring, without his instructions we wouldn't have gotten as much from the tour guide, but I think he was part of the service, not an extra cost! To say the least, Zoltán was the soul and mind of the group with his impressive knowledge, and the drivers can only be praised. They were polite and kind, they led us safely through alleys that made us sweat. It could have been a wonderful trip with a better guide and a more thorough, more tailored organization!

On 10.12.2022, I went to Nagyvárad to see the Advent fair. The tour guide was thoroughly prepared about the city. He showed all the sights and told the story related to them. Thank you very much for the tour. The people at the travel agency were very helpful, kind and very polite. They were able to answer all my questions. I am sure that I will travel with this office again next time.

The place was wonderful, the dinner was Italian, but the breakfast was simple. A lot of negative things spoiled the experience of the trip, despite our expectations. The serial extra time that had to be suffered during the journey there and back. The reason was that half of the passengers had to go to Gyöngyös, Miskolc, which could have been solved with a transfer to save time, so someone else saved with it. According to the passengers, they knew a transfer was coming for them. They were surprised too. That's why those we hired across the Danube had to wait for more than an hour. There were small bumps along the way, which the bus did not appreciate favorably. We reached our accommodation late at night. Of course, our host didn't like it that much. I would like to point out that our host, escort and tour guide were helpful, they did everything they could, despite the fact that one passenger caused problems and inconvenience for everyone. Hats off to them, I think they won't get anything for it, because they are not "employees" of the travel agency. It caused further trouble and indignation for everyone that they wanted to ask for compensation for a service (the travel agency!!!) that comes free of charge with every room (air conditioning). Therefore, the passengers did not know whether they would dare to use it in the heat. When we wanted to ask for a statement about this from our accommodation provider, he didn't fully understand why. There were several contradictions: According to our information, the travel agency paid for the air conditioner in advance, but the host denied this. Some tickets would have cost less if age had been taken into account (child). Some tickets cost less than they charged. The pricing is a bit unclear. Some were given a room without a window. We found this out later on the way home. All in all, human greed is still ahead of the commercial view that the happy customer returns. From what I heard during the trip, I think that the majority of passengers will no longer contract with this travel agency. Please understand that in today's world there are also passengers who speak several languages, who ask back. Too much saving causes damage! I would like to conclude with a sentence from an old Juszt Laci program (the TV lawyer). DON'T LET YOURSELF BE DECEIVED, SCAMED, DAMAGED!
